Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, SWE, or related field.
• 1–5 years in design/development of blockchain or distributed systems.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures; able to conduct POC development.
• Proficiency in Go and Rust; Solidity smart contract development.
• Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain platforms.
• Open-source contribution experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Research and build blockchain protocols, modules, technologies and algorithms.
• Prepare detailed design documents and testing strategies according to requirements.
• Promote technical experience sharing within the team.
• Support the community through the best communications and documentation.
