Job summary

EY is building a Digital Asset Research Center that blends software development, auditing and technology consulting to deliver assurance services for digital assets. You will explore public blockchains, smart contracts and asset classes while collaborating with global teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes research, documentation and solving novel technical problems to test financial statements and support client solutions in a fast-growing industry.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of blockchain tech, smart contracts and dApps.
• Experience with Node.js/React/Angular and Ethereum/Solidity.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and database technologies (NoSQL/SQL).
• Open to travel and capable of working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development (frontend and backend) for digital asset tooling.
• Create technical docs and memos on complex digital asset topics.
• Collaborate with auditors to test financial statement assertions related to digital assets.
• Develop innovative solutions to support client implementations and core products.
• Keep up-to-date on leading practices in this fast-growing area.
