Job summary

EY is seeking a versatile software professional to join the Digital Asset Research Center in the United States. You will work on full‑stack development, contribute to testing strategies, and collaborate with auditors to validate digital asset financial statements.

The role emphasizes learning, innovation, and engagement with global teams across regions. The position requires 3–5 years of experience, a strong foundation in blockchain tech and Solidity, and experience with modern JS frameworks,

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related prior work experience in application development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript development including Node.js, Express, React, Angular, etc.
• Experience with Ethereum/Solidity or other protocols (Hyperledger, Solana, etc.).
• Testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, etc.; database technologies NoSQL and SQL; Git; containers Docker/Podman; cloud providers Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Previous development experience in Agile teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical writing and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Full‑stack software development including front‑end and back‑end.
• Create technical documentation and memos for complex digital asset topics.
• Collaborate with financial auditors to design and implement techniques to test financial statement assertions relating to digital assets.
• Solve novel technical problems and provide innovative solutions to support client solutions/implementations as well as our core product offerings.
• Keep up‑to‑date on emerging leading practices in this fast‑growing area and identify where and how new practices can be applied.
