Hourly Rate: $45–$100/hr

Project Length: 4–8 weeks (with extension option)

About the Project

We’re MetaWorm — building a mobile-first gateway to the metaverse where users earn on-chain rewards through real-world behavior. Think: minting avatars, deploying location-based beacons, and earning tokens for daily activity.

We’re launching Phase 2 and need a blockchain developer to help write smart contracts that support:

• NFT Avatar minting and metadata sync

• POA-based mining with weighted rewards

What We Need

• Smart contract writing (Solidity or Rust) with test coverage.

• Deployment on testnet (ZkSync, Polygon, or Solana Devnet).

• Integration-ready outputs for Flutter + Firebase team.

Tech Stack (You’ll Work With)

• Solidity + Hardhat or Foundry (or Anchor for Solana)

• Firebase (Firestore + Auth) – optional

• mint_avatar_nft() with metadata upload

• convert_ra_points() – token claim faucet

• Stakeable contract to boost POA mining

Bonus Skills

• Familiar with Chainlink oracles, Wormhole bridges

• Previous Web3 project or DeFi launch

• Can advise on gas optimizations or L2 rollups
