Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a Block Mold/Expander Operator for its Fond du Lac, WI plant. We will train hands-on to operate block mold and expander equipment, with one candidate for 1st shift and one for 2nd shift. The production team runs Monday through Friday for a consistent schedule.

Starting pay is competitive at $19.00 per hour +, depending on experience, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Able to perform simple math and use basic measuring tools.
• Forklift certification within 2 months of hire.
• Must be trained and signed off by supervisor within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Expander and may operate the Block Mold.
• Verify equipment setup and operate/shut down production equipment.
• Produce parts with correct material, density, weight, size within tolerance.
• Maintain clear communications with supervisor on the daily/weekly schedule.
• Expand raw beads to specification and monitor process for issues.
• Train back-up expander as needed and keep proper work logs.
• Transport raw materials using forklift or manual equipment.
