Atlas Molded Products in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Block Mold/Expander Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with training and growth opportunities.

The role includes operating the Expander (and possibly Block Mold), setup verification, and meeting quality specs. Responsibilities emphasize safety, equipment operation, and timely communication with supervision to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Forklift operator certification within 2 months of hire.
• Basic math and use of simple hand-held measuring tools.
• Ability to learn and follow safety and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate Expander and may also operate Block Mold or set up equipment.
• Verify equipment setup prior to production; operate and shut down equipment.
• Ensure parts meet material, density, weight, size, and shape specifications within tolerances.
• Communicate with supervisor to align on expanding schedule.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment; perform routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain work logs and required reports; keep area clean and organized.
