H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office in Park Ridge, IL. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, and coordinate with tax professionals to ensure smooth daily operations.
This in-person role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organization, with evening and weekend availability during tax season. Training is provided and growth into tax preparation or office leadership is possible.
As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist at H&R Block, you'll be the welcoming first impression for every client. You'll manage client scheduling, support daily office operations, and work alongside a team of tax professionals. With training and support, this role can be a stepping stone into tax preparation or office leadership. This role is in-person and not remote.
