The role involves data entry for client files, daily revenue processing, and maintaining a clean, organized office environment in collaboration with team members. Prior experience in customer service and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
Greet clients and answer phones in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Schedule clients for appointments. Complete data entry for client's files and office reporting. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Performs general clerical and administrative support of a responsible and confidential nature. Assists with filing, correspondence, faxing, preparation & distribution of documents and other material for clients and office. Take payments and assist with processing and reporting of daily revenue.
Associate's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
