About the Role

We seek a mechanically inclined professional to join our primary production team as a Blister Fill Line (BFL) Operator. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, tight tolerances, and methodical processes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate primary and secondary production line equipment with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Perform equipment setups, line changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot machine faults and perform minor mechanical adjustments.
  • Complete accurate, legible batch documentation and reconcile product components.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely production, proper line clearances, and effective room cleans.
  • Support line efficiencies by maintaining materials and proactively addressing equipment issues.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with precision machinery or equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to detail, safety, and quality commitment.
  • Experience in structured environments like manufacturing or technical production (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or similar preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Lead/Group Leader experience is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication, reading, and writing.
