Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Blending Technician to deliver daily syrup blends, maintain sanitation of blending equipment, and manage lab data in LDMS. You will receive concentrates and sugars, calibrate lab instruments, and ensure QA standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes inventory receipt, equipment maintenance, and adherence to SOPs, with weekend/holiday shifts as needed in a production facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• Preferred hands-on Microsoft Excel experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with seasonal temperatures, shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of lab practices and microbiology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Execute the delivery of the daily blend requirements according to production schedules; through the manufacturing of syrup batches from raw materials, including water, sugar, and concentrate; ensure adherence to the company quality assurance specification requirements.
• Maintains blending equipment (mixes and syrup tanks) sanitation requirements to ensure system-wide conformance to quality and sanitation standards.
• Carries out the receipt of concentrate and sugar shipments in the inventory management system.
• Maintains and calibrates lab equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Maintains testing, sanitation, and equipment calibration records and results and inputs concentrate and sugar receipts through data entry into the Lab Data Management System (LDMS)
