Qualifications

  • Doit avoir un diplôme de lycée ou GED.
  • Compétences informatiques de base requises, y compris Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook.
  • Certification de chariot élévateur préférée.

Responsibilities

  • Surveiller l'approvisionnement en matériaux dans les silos à l'aide de programmes de mélange informatisés.

Manufacturing Blending Technician-Tech 1

PAY - $21.50 plus 10% shift differential

The Blending Tech under the direction of the Blending Manager, is responsible for following blending procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures. This team member will display a commitment to our values and operate in a manner that provides value to our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Maintain and monitor material supplies in silos using computerized blending programs.

Make decisions as needed regarding when to change material distribution from various silos.

Communicate with production staff to meet plant's blending needs, allowing for production lines to make quality product and meet customer demands.

Visually inspect bins to ensure level is sufficient to meet production schedule for the shift.

Move material from rail to silo or from plant.

Perform quality checks on incoming raw material.

Ensure dust and regrind materials are located at bag/dump stations.

Place raw material trailers in designated areas and obtain samples.

Unload wood flour trailers and clean woodshed floors.

Complete the yard truck training and perform the movement of trailers in the lot, as well as in and out of the wood flour unloading stations.

Complete inventory counts of bags/boxes of material/regrind and complete necessary reports.

Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management.

Preferredto have a maintenance background.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

High School or GED required

Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Forklift Certification
