Job summary

Herbally Yours Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a dependable Production Mixer / Blending Operator to join our growing team. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with three-day weekends every week.

We provide training on our products, equipment, and processes, and value accuracy, safety, and collaboration with Quality, Warehouse, and Production teams to meet daily schedules and maintain GDP and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills for weights and measurements.
• Ability to follow formulas, recipes, work instructions, and batch records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and blend powdered ingredients according to batch records and production schedules.
• Operate industrial blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify ingredients, lot numbers, weights, and batch information before beginning production.
• Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and product quality.
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately following GDP.
• Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitation between production runs.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material discrepancies.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams to meet daily production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
