This position is primarily responsible for the development of Lakewood products.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
  • Operation and control of the pre-production room (blending area and elaborationtanks).
  • Know how to recognize any material that does not meet quality control standards and advise Quality Control or Management of the same.
  • Keep both the mixing area and the utensils used clean and disinfected.

Oversight responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a wet environment. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Exposure to nut allergens.
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass all medical exams, drug check.
  • Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
