Job summary

Westaff is seeking a Blender Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Leominster, MA. Immediate hire for a role supporting extrusion operations and material preparation.

The position requires flexibility with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend needs. Compensation includes a base rate of $19/hour with differential depending on shift, and full-time benefits are expected after hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience operating extrusion or related machinery preferred.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist extrusion machine operator in last drop or clean out strip.
• Check formulation for correct rubber and/or Elvaloy and to cut and weigh that ingredient to the correct weight.
• Set up rubber conveyor and set up black chip machine when needed.
• Look over the formulation and compare ingredients on the formula to those staged and record substitutions.
• Use the correct ingredients and weigh them correctly.
