Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Geismar, LA is seeking a hands-on blend technician to join our team.

You will blend complex gravimetric gas and liquid mixtures per GMP and SOPs using weighing equipment, provide technical support to production and customer service as needed, and complete preventive maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or STEM related emphasis or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Must be able and willing to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Blend complex Gravimetric gas and liquid mixtures per established GMP and SOP’s using weighing equipment
• Provides technical support to production and customer service as needed
• Completes PM (preventative maintenance) duties assigned
• Compiles, organizes, and maintains blend standard records
• Produces accurate fill blend records
• Other duties assigned
