Devereux, a nationwide nonprofit, seeks a Blended Service Coordinator in the Greater Pittsburgh Area to provide professional assessment, coordinate mental health services, plan services, linkages, referrals and advocacy to individuals with complex needs.
The role emphasizes strengths-based practice, monthly contact, on-site support for inpatient commitments when alternatives are considered, and thorough documentation within 24 hours.
Hourly Rate: $22.50-$27.84
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9a-5p, with some weekend on-call availability

Service Coordinators Play a Critical Role In Fulfilling The Mission Of TCV By Providing Professional Assessment, Coordination Of Mental Health Services And Supports, Service Planning, Linkage, Referral, And Advocacy Services Required For a Safe And Healthy Community Life Based On The Individual’s Level Of Needs. The Incumbent Works As a Member Of a Treatment/service Team In Order To Promote Individuals’ Mental Health Recovery.
