Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth in educational or community settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional support to students in small groups and 1:1 settings.
• Assist students with Canvas coursework, pacing, and task completion.
• Reinforce instruction and support understanding of content.
• Monitor progress and deliver targeted interventions per MTSS/PBIS.
• Support classroom management and school culture with SWPBS supports.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress, and interventions.
• Communicate with teachers, counselors, and families as appropriate.
