Ensure blend machines are sanitary before blending.
Create blends according to work order specifications.
Notify supervisor of any non-conforming conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Check to ensure blend machines are sufficiently sanitary to start blending.
Receive work order from Blend Supervisor and check work order for needed blend and gather all the material to create it.
Create blends to work order specifications and place checkmark on work order ingredients after they have been mixed in the blend to ensure that we meet our customers’ specifications.
Perform cleaning duties during product changeovers and at the end of shift.
Notify Blend Supervisor of any non-conforming system or machine or of any nonfunctioning or broken parts or of any unsanitary conditions immediately, in order to ensure that a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) can be generated as needed.
