Job summary

210_Mohegan_Pocono Downs Racing, LP in Burrillville, RI is seeking a maintenance worker to join our facilities team. You will perform routine repairs, painting, and general upkeep to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for guests and team members.

This full-time role requires 1–3 months related experience and a high school diploma or GED; union membership is required after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building and property performing routine repairs, painting and maintenance activities.
• Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Notifies management concerning need for any repairs.
• Removes snow, ice, and debris from all facility entrances and walk ways.
• Maintains exterior grounds and parking lot.
• Maintains floor cleanliness.
• Communicates inventory supply status to management.
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Reports on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Promotes superior guest service.
