Douglas Drilling & Blasting is seeking a Laborer/Blaster's Helper to assist operators and blasters across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will perform manual labor, operate light auxiliary equipment, and help with site setup and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Manual labor and related industry work experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate auxiliary equipment to support operators and blasters.
• Perform basic maintenance of assigned vehicles.
• Read gauges and adjust equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Assist at blast sites to safely serve the customer.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisors.
• Support safety programs through training and meetings.
