Qualifications

• Two+ years drilling experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining drills and operating drilling rigs.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime or extended hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lb plus and perform laborer tasks.
• Pass a drug screen and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and read policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate drills according to drill pattern at remote locations or active mine sites.
• Move drills and position equipment safely for drilling operations.
• Maintain drilling rig and related systems and perform minor repairs.
• Prepare drilling and blasting reports as required.
• Uphold safety practices and company policies on site.
• Inspect drill mechanisms and ensure proper lubrication and fluids.
• Complete tasks with attention to regulatory requirements.
