Job summary

Buckley Powder Co. is seeking blast hole drill operators in the West Texas area, with Midland, TX as a primary location. The role involves operating drilling rigs at remote mine sites, traveling up to 75% and performing drilling and blasting duties.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of blast hole drilling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate drills according to drill pattern in remote locations and on active mine sites.
• Move drills to the designated location and safely maneuver the drill into position to drill blast holes.
• Safe and responsible operation and maintenance of assigned drilling rig.
• Complete drilling and blasting reports as required.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and follow all company policies and procedures.
