Job summary

Quick Supply Co. Explosives Services seeks a dependable laborer for our Blast Crew in Wisconsin. You will load/unload, move products outdoors in all weather, and assist at customer sites with blasting materials. A high school education is required, and responsibilities include lifting 50+ pounds and working safely with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles ensuring products are handled, transported and stored according to policy and regulations.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather, lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more of product and material on a regular basis.
• Pull hoses, shovel and frequently walk, bend, squat, stoop, twist to provide labor duties at the location and customer job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Available to work overtime to meet customer objectives.

Job description

Our Blast Crews perform a wide variety of tasks at our location and customer sites in support of our blasting services. The tasks are performed outside in all weather conditions and include regularly moving items or objects weighing 50+ pounds, using shovels, pulling hoses, laying out products and carrying a wide variety of materials and tools.

• While carrying out daily responsibilities safety and compliance must be the first priority.
• Must be reliable and able to work closely with other location and crew members to provide exceptional customer service.
