Job summary

Quick Supply Co. is seeking an outdoor laborer to support blasting services at our Ohio location and customer sites. The role involves lifting 50+ pounds, loading/unloading, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be reliable, and able to work safely with crew members. Overtime opportunities are available to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physically demanding work outdoors on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work under various weather conditions on rough terrain.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles ensuring products are handled, transported and stored according to policy and regulations.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather, lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more of product and material on a regular basis.
• Pull hoses, shovel and frequently walk, bend, squat, stoop, twist to provide labor duties at the location and customer job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Available to work overtime to meet customer objectives.

Position Overview

Our Blast Crews perform a wide variety of tasks at our location and customer sites in support of our blasting services. The tasks are performed outside in all weather conditions and include regularly moving items or objects weighing 50+ pounds, using shovels, pulling hoses, laying out products and carrying a wide variety of materials and tools.
