Nidec Motor Corporation in Mankato, MN seeks a 2nd shift operator to clean parts and operate blast booth, wash and paint booth areas, and follow the manufacturing sequence. Working 4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m., Monday–Thursday, you will perform TPM tasks with accuracy, adhere to safety rules, and rely on 5,000 hours of experience to perform duties.
The starting pay is $23.75 to $26.57 hourly with a 10% shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package awaits.

Starting Salary: $23.75 to $26.57 hourly + 10% shift differential
Cleans parts to Kato standards via blast booth operation, chipping, and grinding. Moves material, marks parts for identification and follows manufacturing's sequence procedure. Operates wash and paint booth area. Performs daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency. Follows all safety regulations while performing duties. Requires five thousand (5,000) hours of experience to perform work proficiently. Performs other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.
Requires a general knowledge of blast booth and wash/paint booth operation.
Vocational or high‑school graduate or equivalent.
Must be a sole US citizen.
