We are a Minnesota based family owned business with an opening for a Parts Outside Salesperson supporting/managing our Clearwater/Southern territory. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude; proven outside sales experience,; extensive product knowledge; and transportation industry contacts. We like to work hard, play hard and take pride in everything we do!

This position will be selling parts and services to customers for Blaine Brothers as well as the sister companies of North American Trailer and Hydraulic Specialty Inc. Maintaining the relationship with current customers as the main point of contact between the customer and the company. Continuing to build relationships with prospective customers with the goal of selling them parts and services in the future.

SCHEDULE:

1st shift, Monday- Friday, 7:30am-5pm (approx. 45-50 hours per week)

SALARY:

Yearly Guaranteed Base + Commission

The essential duties include:

• Identifying, quantifying, and maximizing sales opportunities within assigned territory consistent with established objectives

• Maintain and grow market share within assigned territory

• Initiating, developing, and/or maintaining productive and effective relationships with customer decision makers and prospective customers

• Analyze sales data / reports and take action as needed. Effectively utilize CRM tool (Hubspot) and other company resources / tools including: customer contact information, weekly sales reports

• Optimize use of marketing and promotional resources to generate sales with current and prospective customers.

• Constantly mining territory for industry trends and information.

• Clean driving record

• Ability to lift 75 lbs

• Extensive product and industry knowledge

• Established industry relationships a plus

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections

• Understanding of the selling process

• Ability to set objectives, develop a plan and follow through on execution

Blaine Brothers was founded in 1979 and has now been serving the transportation industry for 40 years. Two brothers began with the mission to provide quality service and build quality relationships. Blaine Brothers has since grown and expanded to meet the needs of our clients.

In 2006 the Blaine Brothers Minneapolis location constructed and moved into a 58,000 square foot facility located in Blaine, Minnesota. Our team of professionals offer our clients solutions to the variety of challenges they face. With services offered 24/7 and the facility being open 24/5, superior customer service is provided around the clock. We have multiple bays for truck and trailer service along with a complete offering of parts. Our Service Technicians have an extensive amount of experience.

Blaine Brothers has a second location in Scanlon (Cloquet), Minnesota. This facility offers the same parts and service you depend on at our Minneapolis location.

We are expanding our Clearwater, Minnesota location. We will be moving into a brand-new state-of-the-industry building in early 2020.
