We are a Minnesota-based family-owned business with our main location in Blaine, MN, and we have an opening for a Trailer Technician for our Mobile Service Trucks. We seek someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, a willingness to help where needed, and a strong work ethic. This position involves complete repair and general maintenance of semi-trailers, as well as other trailer styles and sizes.

SCHEDULE:

1st shift, Monday - Friday, 5am - 3pm (Experienced Only*)

3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 10pm - 8am (10% shift differential applies)


BENEFITS:

WAGE: $27 - $38/hr (based on skillset and experience)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to determine vehicle condition; identify worn and damaged parts
  • Perform repairs and customization work, including routine maintenance, brake replacement/repair, suspension repair, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair, trailer body repair, and complete trailer rebuilds
  • Provide after-sale services, such as component installation
  • Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
  • Ensure final work meets quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for customers and co-workers
