Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment, ensuring neatness and timely return to the catering facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decorations.
• Arranges buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after events.
• Returns food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
• Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
