Job Title: Blackstone Credit & Insurance - CIO Capital Formation, Liquidity Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Capital Formations team with liquidity and liability management.
- Track and maintain fund-specific holdings.
- Test for hypothetical trades/scenarios and interpret results.
- Facilitate necessary approvals within the deal allocation process.
- Create allocation templates for incoming deal flows.
- Monitor actual & pro-forma cash balances.
- Forecast liquidity needs for various funds.
- Administer pipeline holdings.
- Draft capital call and distribution notices.
- Participate and lead portfolio construction processes.
- Draft presentations for senior management and investment committee meetings.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in an investment bank, consulting firm, or advisory firm.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of performance and risk data.
- Desire to work in a team environment, often under competing priorities.
- Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude, diligent and conscientious work ethic.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptive, collaborative, positive, and proactive mindset.
Salary:
Expected annual base salary range: $90,000 - $140,000.
