Blackstone Credit & Insurance – Investment Fund Modeling & Forecasting, AVP

Job Description:

The BXCI Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis team conducts financial reporting and strategic initiatives analysis.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Maintaining and enhancing BXCI's operating and fund models for forecasts and projections.
  2. Collaborating with the investment team on updates, reports, and ad hoc requests.
  3. Preparing financial results presentations for senior leadership.
  4. Managing the AUM reporting process.
  5. Conducting ad hoc financial analyses.
  6. Engaging with investor relations on new product development.
  7. Supporting technology initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, motivated, and demonstrate excellence. Must have:

  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Experience in investment banking or FP&A preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The role may include additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $185,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
