Ameris Bank seeks an Accounting Systems Administrator to manage BlackLine and the General Ledger, driving automation, data integrity, and strong internal controls. You will partner with Accounting, IT, and Business teams to optimize workflows, implement reconciliations and journal entries, and ensure audit readiness.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with BlackLine configuration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and integration tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal audit frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current BlackLine workflows and configurations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process enhancements across modules such as Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Journal Entries, and Task Management.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to align BlackLine functionality with evolving business needs.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and accelerate close timelines.
• Develop and maintain optimization roadmaps and performance metrics.
• Partner with IT and ERP teams to ensure seamless data integration and system interoperability.
• Provide expert-level support to BlackLine users, resolving issues and offering guidance on best practices.
• Create and deliver training materials to improve user adoption and system utilization.
• Monitor usage trends and address adoption challenges.
• Ensure optimized processes adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support documentation and reporting for compliance and audit readiness.
