Job summary

GMF is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Black Oxide Finisher for our Valdese, NC facility. In this role, you'll prepare and process customer parts through the black oxide finishing process while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Though previous manufacturing or metal finishing experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who is willing to learn. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and track parts is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred, but not required.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and count incoming parts and complete paperwork.
• Clean and prepare parts for processing.
• Safely operate a hoist to move racks and parts.
• Inspect, clean, and package finished parts.
