Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to deliver authentic, high-energy training experiences, leading private and small group sessions. You will help members master the 'Science of Eight Limbs' while driving revenue and upholding the UFC GYM 'Train Different' philosophy.

The role requires a Purple Belt or higher, CPR/AED certification, and at least 1 year of teaching experience. Expect a supportive team, opportunities for advancement, and a fitness-first work environment in Hawaii.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience.
Purple Belt or higher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with belt certificate.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Proficient with basic computer skills (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

Conduct safe, effective, and inspiring Private and Small Group Training sessions for members of various skill levels.
Live the T.R.A.I.N. values (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) and lead on the training floor.
Actively sell private training packages and meet revenue objectives.
Engage with members to participate in seminars, workshops, and complimentary workouts.
Record daily workouts for liability and adherence to standards.
