Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to deliver high-energy private and small group training, helping members advance in the “Science of Eight Limbs.” You will drive department revenue while upholding the Train Different philosophy.

The role requires a Purple Belt or higher, CPR/AED cert, and teaching experience. Expect performance bonuses, career growth, and access to free or discounted certifications as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Purple Belt or higher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is required.
Provide BJJ Belt Certificate and lineage verification; grappling tournament record is a plus.
CPR/AED certification is required; PT certification is a plus.
Experience teaching private training and ability to design programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct safe, effective Private and Small Group Training sessions for members of various skill levels.
Live the T.R.A.I.N. values on the training floor and act as a club leader.
Actively sell private training packages and meet revenue objectives.
Maintain a neat, organized training space and be knowledgeable about all club facilities and services.
Record daily workouts for liability and compliance with standards.
