We're excited about the opportunity to meet you in our interview process for the BizOps & Finance Associate role.

About the role

As a BizOps & Finance Associate, you will take full ownership of our supply chain model, S&OP analysis, and Operations performance reporting. This role blends strategic analysis, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on modeling to improve reliability of our forecasts, drive efficiency across operations, and surface profit-maximizing opportunities.

You’ll partner with leaders across the business to align on strategy, OKRs, and initiatives that directly impact margin and growth. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Finance & Strategy and is part of our remote HQ with a fully remote, high-trust work environment.

In this role, you will:

• Build and refine supply chain models to improve reliability of COGS and capacity forecasts.
• Take full ownership of S&OP and variance analyses, ensuring forecasts and planning are optimized.
• Lead preparation for monthly business reviews and OKR meetings, aligning stakeholders and leadership on operational strategy and performance.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives that improve key Ops metrics.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that give real-time visibility into daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends.
• Provide supply chain assumptions into the financial model, partnering closely with Finance to ensure integrated planning.
• Translate complex analysis into concise, compelling presentations for executives and cross-functional partners.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or a corporate strategy/ops role.
• A strong background in modeling, data analysis, and presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides; SQL strongly preferred; R and/or Python a plus.
• A track record of taking ownership, building trust, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Strong judgment in prioritization and the ability to cut through complexity to solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills — concise, clear, and action-oriented.
