Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr

Role Overview

In this role, you'll identify, connect with, and qualify new clients, generate leads, and support our Business Development team by researching the market, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting QPS's services.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential clients to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Development colleagues to follow up on leads and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in our CRM system.
  • Promote our clinical trial sites, lab services, and expertise.
  • Stay updated on biotech and pharma trends.
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth client handoffs and excellent service.
Work Location

This position is 100% remote for US-based candidates.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about biotech and pharma.
  • Experience in inside sales within life sciences, CRO, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, resilient, self-motivated, organized.
  • Ability to build relationships under pressure and think critically.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in life sciences, biotech, or pharma sales.
  • Experience selling clinical trial or CRO services.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial phases (I–IV).
