Job summary

SourcePro Search is seeking a Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager in Carroll, Iowa to lead the daily operations of a cryptocurrency mining site. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensure uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance, and optimize hardware performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical operations with supervisory experience, familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software, and strong leadership and coordination skills for fast-paced, safety-conscious work environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience managing teams in high‑uptime environments such as data centers or mining facilities.
• Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software (Foreman, LuxOS, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of computer networking, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules to ensure uptime.
• Perform regular reviews and training to build technical capability.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of mining hardware to maximize hash rate and uptime.
• Direct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mining equipment and components.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed.
