Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are delivered properly and presented well.
• Checks station before, during and after shift for set-up and cleanliness.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
