The Courtyard Bistro by Courtyard Marriott at the Phoenix North hotel is a fast casual dining venue offering breakfast and dinner, including beverages and Starbucks coffee. You will greet guests and deliver attentive service, helping create memorable dining experiences.

As a Bistro Server, you will take orders, communicate with the kitchen, check back with guests, handle payments on the POS, prepare checks, and clear tables.

Formación

• Three or more months of previous restaurant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Check back frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met
• Post payments using the point-of-service computer system
• Prepare checks for guests
• Removes dishes and glasses from tables or counters, taking them to the back to get washed

The Bistro Café by Courtyard Marriott is a fast casual dining experience. We offer refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down options for breakfast and dinner including food, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. You will welcome guests and deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, warm interactions, and a passion for great food.
