Our Culinary Team is looking for a Bistro Cook to join our team at our Beavercreek Location!
Are you ready to be part of a dedicated team that values service and support? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at The Patterson, providing essential services within our Dining Services department at our Beavercreek facility.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver five-star customer service and a white-glove dining experience to residents and guests.
- Assist in the Bistro and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Support various dining operations as needed.
Schedule:
- Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 7 am to 3 pm
- Monday or Friday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm
Pay:
- Up to $17 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items served to residents within The Patterson dining location.
- Greet and interact with residents and guests in a pleasant and positive manner.
- Follow recipes, special diets, portion controls, and menus as outlined by dining leadership.
- Label, date, and follow all State Health Code requirements for all foods.
- Clean kitchen appliances, dishwashers, trash holders, carts, trays, and all other kitchen equipment daily to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Restock kitchen items (cups, plates, etc.) as needed or requested.
- Assist with serving or delivering food for special events at any of our site locations.
- Empty and dispose of boxes properly, recycling or trash as appropriate.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions for meal preparation and service.
- Ability to interact positively with residents, guests, and staff.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to assist with special events or additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
