Overview

Our Culinary Team is looking for a Bistro Cook to join our team at our Beavercreek Location!

Are you ready to be part of a dedicated team that values service and support? We are seeking a motivated individual to join The Patterson's Dining Services department at our Beavercreek facility.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver five-star customer service and a white glove dining experience to residents and guests.
  2. Assist in the Bistro and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  3. Support various dining operations as needed.

Schedule:

  • Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Pay:

  • Up to $17 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare menu items served to residents at The Patterson dining location.
  2. Greet and positively interact with residents and guests.
  3. Follow recipes, special diets, portion controls, and menus as outlined by dining leadership.
  4. Ensure all foods are labeled, dated, and comply with State Health Code requirements.
  5. Clean kitchen appliances, dishwashers, trash holders, carts, trays, and all equipment daily.
  6. Restock kitchen items such as cups and plates as needed.
  7. Assist with serving or delivering food for special events at various site locations.
  8. Empty boxes, tear down, and dispose of boxes in recycling or trash containers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions for meal preparation and service.
  • Ability to interact positively with residents, guests, and staff.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to assist with special events or additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
