The Country Club of North Carolina in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Busser for the Bistro Dining Room. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers with delivering food and beverages, and help maintain a welcoming dining area for members and guests.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule including evenings and weekends. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; flexible hours incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clear and clean tables promptly; reset tables for new guests.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and organization; wipe chairs and sweep floors.
• Monitor supplies and restock napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Help with special events setup/breakdown and guest interaction.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and club standards for hygiene.
