Job summary

Artisan Mount Pleasant is seeking a Bistro Attendant/Server for a part-time role in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will take orders, serve guests, and support kitchen operations to ensure smooth dining service.

The position offers pay of $18–$20 per hour, paid training, and opportunities for growth, with benefits like PTO and a 401(k) with company match. Previous restaurant experience is welcome but not required, as the team will train.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Soup of the Day from scratch using fresh ingredients and established recipes.
• Create and prepare daily salad and sandwich specials.
• Keep the pantry fully stocked and organized with all required menu items and ingredients.
• Prepare and cook made-to-order items from the lunch menu while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Properly date, label, and store all prepared food and ingredients according to food-safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area throughout the shift.
• Follow and complete the daily kitchen checklist to ensure all tasks and preparations are completed.
• Assist with special events, catering, and additional kitchen duties as needed.
• Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent food quality.
