Waterford Hotel Group in Ithaca, NY, is seeking an Evening Bistro Attendant to provide exceptional service while preparing and serving beverages and Bistro fare in our Courtyard by Marriott lobby bar. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to create a memorable guest experience.

• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding menu and beverage selections.
• Process guest checks, credit cards, and payments accurately.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked Bistro and bar area.
• Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure an excellent guest experience.

We are looking for an outgoing, guest-focused Evening Bistro Attendant to join our Courtyard by Marriott team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing and serving food, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in our Bistro.
