We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Director, BISO (Business Information Security Officer). This senior leadership role reports directly to the SVP, Chief Information Security Officer, and acts as a trusted security advisor to business units, translating cybersecurity risks and technologies into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. The BISO supports enterprise security initiatives, provides strategic guidance, and fosters a security-aware culture across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a trusted advisor to business unit leadership.
• Integrating cybersecurity practices into business initiatives throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborating with security leadership to embed policies and practices across operations, incident response, application security, and infrastructure.
• Engaging in security projects and providing disaster recovery and business continuity advice.
• Promoting a strong security culture and effective communication about cybersecurity risks and controls.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 15+ years of work experience, including 10+ in IT and 5+ in operational security roles.
• Experience working with security management, legal, compliance, and risk management.
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Understanding of cloud computing, security frameworks, and risk concepts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc.
