Job summary

Hardee's is hiring crew members in Waycross, GA to prepare fresh, hot biscuits and support daily restaurant operations. You’ll follow company recipes, maintain safety standards and provide great guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include biscuit preparation, cleaning, teamwork, and adhering to sanitation policies. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and professional appearance as part of our guest-facing team.

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment and floors.
• Assist with other food production personnel as needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management and at all times represent WIV Restaurants, LLC as a professional in every aspect of performance.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
