Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Team Member-Parties at our Tulsa club to create a fun and energetic birthday party experience for children. You will engage kids in a variety of activities, supervise games, and ensure safety throughout the event.

Greet members and guests professionally, explain activities, and handle questions or conflicts promptly. Must obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire and meet all state/federal requirements before starting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within the first 60 days.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Compliance with all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Position Summary

The Kids Team Member-Parties facilitates creative and entertaining children’s birthday parties and events. Creates a fun and enthusiastic environment and engages children in a wide variety of exciting activities. Organizes and implements activities and games for children.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitates and supervises organized activities and ensures children are active, interested and safe throughout the party.
• Explains and demonstrates games and activities to party participants.
• Responds to any questions, complaints or conflict in a timely manner.

Position Requirements

• HS Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.
