• Minimum age 18 years.
• Excellent people skills in diverse settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high quality parties with planning and results.
• Collaborate professionally with participants, parents, staff and volunteers.
• Secure facilities, equipment and supplies for each event.
• Ensure character development is present in all events (caring, honesty, respect, responsibility).
• Complete supervisor requests to achieve department goals.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with values.
