The Des Plaines Park District is seeking a Birthday Party/Special Events Staff member to support programs, host birthday parties, and supervise participants while ensuring safety and fun on site.

Reporting to the Recreation Supervisor - Special Events, you will assist with events, enforce park district policies, and deliver excellent customer service. Availability on evenings, weekends, holidays and school breaks is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Recreation Supervisor - Special Events.
• Ensure safety, education and recreational programming for participants.
• Supervise participants closely during all activities and on site.
• Operate climbing wall and enforce safety measures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with families.

Formation

High School Student or Higher Education

CPR and First Aid Certification

Valid Illinois Driver's License
