Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Party Host to welcome birthday parties, manage scheduled activities, and ensure a safe, fun celebration while maintaining high sanitation standards. You’ll be the friendly face guiding guests through each moment, from setup to tear-down, and help keep the event running smoothly.

As a Party Host, you’ll engage attendees, monitor activities, assist the party parent or planner, handle gifts and cake, and process payments.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is essential
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• Able to communicate with Management, Team Members and Guests
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serve as their Host throughout scheduled activities
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with guests during the event
• Monitor events, anticipate needs, and assist the party parent/planner
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
